setting up an account
You will need to set up an account online so you can book a R1DE.
Please select BOOK A CLASS to set an account up and book.
Once you have set up an account you can choose a R1DE monthly membership or Pay As You R1DE.
We suggest you use the TeamUp App with your log in details for managing all bookings.

Memberships start at £30 per month for the bronze package up to £55 for our platinum package. All packages allow studio and virtual classes.
Each membership offers a different number of classes and is subject to a 3 month billing cycle commitment, which then continues one month at a time. The first full period begins on the membership’s start date. 14 days notice before next billing date is required when cancelling. All class bookings are made online.
All memberships are required to be paid via Stripe (Online Credit/Debit Card Payments) only.
pay as you r1de
Pay as you go credits can be purchased for each class individually at £7 per session.
The credit begins on the date of the first registration and is valid for 7 days. A R1DE 10 class punch card is also available for £60 and is valid for 10 weeks from the date of purchase.
All credits are required to be paid via Stripe (Online Credit/Debit Card Payments) only.
All classes can be booked 7 days in advance.
We have 18 Keiser M3i bikes at R1DE per class. You will be able to see how many spaces there are at any particular time.
We suggest you use the TeamUp App for managing all bookings.
Please turn up for your class 10 minutes before it is scheduled to start, no earlier.
Due to social distancing measures in place for your safety, we ask you to enter the building via the side entrance and make your way up to the First Floor to the R1DE reception and let us know you’re here.
If you are not signed in 5 minutes before your class, your bike may be released to someone who is on the waiting list.
Classes must be cancelled four hours in advance of the class start time. This is easily done via the web or App.
If you are on the waiting list, you will be emailed notification of a space and you will have 30 minutes to accept this online. If you do not accept it within the 30 minutes, you will not secure a space and the next person will be emailed.
